We usually process orders within 1 to 3 business days. After processing, the estimated delivery time is normally 7 to 15 business days. It depends on the destination, product availability and the carrier.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside JOSVORA's control, such as periods of high demand, public holidays, customs clearance or carrier issues.

If tracking is available for your order, we will send you the information needed to check its status.
