Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Josvora. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. This commercial return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

How to request a return

Email us at josemartinez1987.jlm@gmail.com with your order number and the product you wish to return. Clearly tell us that you want to withdraw from the purchase or request a return. We will reply with instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending the parcel so we can provide the correct destination. After notifying us, send the product within the following 14 days and keep your proof of postage.

Statutory right of withdrawal: first 14 days

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last product. It is enough to send us a clear statement of your decision before the period ends.

During this period, you may examine and try the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. It does not have to be unopened or in its original packaging to exercise the right of withdrawal. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to check the product.

Return shipping is free during this 14-day period under Josvora's current return rules.

Commercial returns: days 15 to 30

In addition to the statutory period, we accept change-of-mind return requests up to 30 calendar days after delivery. For requests made after the first 14 days, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with its tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase. The customer pays the direct return shipping costs during this period. If we provide a return label, we will tell you about any applicable cost before you use it. This extended commercial return period does not affect your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming products.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

Please check your order when it arrives and email josemartinez1987.jlm@gmail.com if a product is defective, arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered. Include your order number and, if possible, photos that help us assess the issue. Josvora will cover reasonable return costs and tell you how to proceed. We will offer the remedy required by the legal guarantee and applicable law, at no cost where required by law.

In Spain, new products are covered by a three-year statutory conformity guarantee from delivery. Your statutory rights in your country remain in force.

Refunds

For statutory withdrawals, we will refund the payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. We will not refund any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method you selected. Refunds are made without charge using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

For a statutory withdrawal, we will issue the refund no later than 14 calendar days after you tell us about your decision. We may withhold it until we receive the products or you provide proof that you sent them, whichever happens first. For returns under the extended commercial period, we will issue the refund within 14 calendar days after receiving and approving the return. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.

Legal exceptions

We exclude from the right of withdrawal only products for which the law provides an exception. This may include sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery, and products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. If an exception applies to a specific product, we will state this before checkout.
